Step 02 · Analysis

Seven-Dimension Scoring

We score your operation across seven dimensions that determine how well Catalyst OS can be installed and how quickly it will produce results. Each dimension gets a readiness rating.

Step 03 · Findings Report

Clear Starting Point

You receive an executive scorecard and a 4–6 page findings report within five business days. The last page is a specific module recommendation with a proposed starting scope.
