Adoption is the deliverable. Everything else is a demo.
We sit with the teams, find where the day actually stalls, and change how the work moves before we add tools to it. Then we train people on their own tasks, not on AI in general.
Get your people using AI
Who asks for this
- A founder whose team uses AI every day, and uses it badly.
- A COO who bought the licences and is still waiting for the work to change.
- A leadership team that wants to know where the real struggle is before it buys anything else.
What we build
- A survey of the team first. There is perceived struggle and real struggle. We ask for the top problems, and the split in the answers tells us where to start.
- Changes to how the work moves, one process at a time, with the people who run it.
- Training on the real tasks in front of them, in their own tools, with their own documents.
The culture changes on the work, not in a workshop.
What you get
- Teams using AI on the work they already do, in the way the company has agreed.
- A plain read of where the real struggle is, in your people's own words.
- The processes we changed, written down so they stay changed.
- The outcomes we will measure, agreed in writing before we start.
How long
We read the business for one to two weeks: the survey, time in the work, and the first process to change. Changing it takes two to six weeks, reviewed with your team every week. Training and landing it takes two to four. After that we stay monthly, if you want us to, and take the next process.
What we leave out
- Training on AI in general. Every session is built on your teams' own tasks.
- New tools before the work has changed.
- Cutting payroll. We are here to make the company effective, efficient and optimized in everything it does, and to leave a culture that keeps it that way.
