The platform you already pay for, set up so people actually use it.

Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini. We configure the one that fits, connect it to your data safely, and build the prompts, agents and guardrails your teams need on day one.

Set up Copilot and other AI platforms

Who asks for this

  • A company paying for Microsoft 365 Copilot licences that most of the team has stopped opening.
  • A leadership team choosing between Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude and Gemini.
  • An operations lead whose clients' security teams keep asking which AI tools touch their data.
  • A founder whose people each use a different AI tool, with no policy behind any of them.

What we build

Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini. We are vendor-neutral: we are not tied to any of them, and we say so in writing. Usually the right one is the one you already pay for.

  • The platform, configured for how your teams work, not left at its defaults.
  • A safe connection to your data, scoped to what each team should see.
  • The prompts, agents and guardrails your teams need on the first day, built around their own tasks.
  • A written policy on what goes into which tool, before anything is switched on.

What you get

  • One tool for the company, which means one policy, one log, and one answer for your clients' security teams.
  • A platform your people open because it does their real work.
  • Our recommendation in writing, with the reasons, whichever platform it names.

How long

We read the business for one to two weeks: who uses what today, what data is in play, and what your clients ask about. Setting up the platform and its first agents takes two to six weeks, reviewed with your team every week. Landing it with the teams takes two to four. After that we stay monthly, if you want us to, to tune it as the platform changes.

What we leave out

  • A recommendation tied to a vendor. We have no stake in which platform you pick.
  • Customer-level data in a general assistant.
  • A rollout to everyone before it works for one team.
